Dignitana AB is a Swedish limited company founded 1999 by oncology staff nurse Mrs. Yvonne Olofsson and presently owned by 450 shareholders of which Dr Nils Stormby controls 76 %.

Dignitana´s share is not as yet listed at any stock exchange but the company is public with roughly 450 shareholders with the aim to introduce the company at the best suitable time point.
