The DigniCap™ cooling unit is digitized and easily operated with a symbol-based graphic interface through very simple-to-use touch-screen functions. The system has self-regulating functions to immediately detect and adjust any temperature deviations twice a second. Operating temperatures are continuously logged and displayed on the screen.

 

The DigniCap™ system is monitored automatically and needs minimal attendance. The cap can be easily connected and disconnected for shorter periods of time from the main unit, for example, to allow toilet visits without any negative effect on the treatment. An alarm is sounded should the temperature deviate from the set level. Two patients can be treated with the DigniCap system independently of each other, as the Cooling Unit contains two separate cooling systems
