The  DigniCap™. System consists of:
•    1 Cooling- and control unit (Digni C2-3)
•    1 Medium silicon cap left.
•    1 Medium silicon cap right.
•    1 Small silicon cap left.
•    1 Small silicon cap right.
•    2 Outer caps (neoprene) medium.
•    2 Outer caps (neoprene) small.
•    5 litre cooling liquid (DigniCool)

Please note that it is possible to choose between four sizes and colours for the inner silicon caps and outer neoprene caps. The cap sizes are: Extra Small XS (Red), Small S (Blue), Medium M (Green) and Large L (Grey). Small and Medium are the most common sizes.

Concise User Manual for daily use together with General Recommendation sheet regarding cooling periods in local language and in two copies.
Complete Technical Service Manual and Service List in English.

Warranty. The time for warranty is one year after approved assumed responsibility. Service by distributor during warrant period is performed in agreement with customer’s technical staff. All service is done by qualified personnel.

Service. Service is performed by Dignitana AB, or by Dignitana AB appointed service organisation. All requests of service must be approved by Dignitana AB to ensure correct action. In case of service being done by local technician (technical engineer or other), Dignitana AB is to be notified. All non approved services are forbidden.

Service agreement. Separate service agreement can be signed for time after warranty period.

Spare parts. Spare parts will be maintained for a period of 5 years from take over.

Education. Dignitana AB is, without any additional fees, responsible for information and training of dedicated medical personnel. Supplementary training can be performed in case of need. Education in handling and maintenance for dedicated medical personnel is performed at sufficient level to ensure correct experience and knowledge to carry out recommended use and maintenance.

Software update. Software update relating to the security of the equipment is included during the equipments time of usage.    

Company certification. Dignitana AB has ISO 13485:2003 certification.
